Building permit inspections are outlined on the back of your building permit. To book an inspection, please call the office at 902-897-3170

Something to keep in mind: 24 hours notice are required to book an inspection.

Dangerous or Unsightly Premesis

Our Building Inspectors enforce the requirements of Section XV of the Municipal Government Act which addresses dangerous or unsightly properties.

Something to keep in mind: A written complaint must be received before any action can be taken against a property.
