County Flood Advisory Committee
The Committee provides technical and financial assistance to property owners within the County who may have suffered damage to their property due to flooding.

Joint Flood Advisory Committee
The Committee is made up of representatives from the Municipality of Colchester, Town of Truro and Millbrook First Nation.
The Committee looks at larger projects on the brooks and rivers affecting all three units. One major accomplishment was the completion of the pdf Flood Risk Study (15.55 MB) . which identified potential flood projects, maintenance plans and changes needed in municipal policies/bylaws.
