The Colchester Planning Advisory Committee will meet in Council Chambers (3rd Floor) at the Municipal Building at 1 Church Street at 6:00 pm on November 16, 2026, for a public meeting and information session to review and discuss:

• An application for a Land Use Bylaw amendment to rezone a small portion of property located on Lot 2018C, Onslow Road, PID 20000196 from AP – Agriculture Potential to R3 – Residential Medium Density Zone. If the rezoning is successful, there is an additional request to enter into a Development Agreement on property located at Lot 19-2 Onslow Road, PID 20487294 and the rezoned portion of PID 20000196 to permit three (3) multi-unit residential buildings for a total of 30 dwellings
