TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Colchester will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on WEDNESDAY, September 25, 2024, at 6pm. It will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 1 Church Street, Truro.
Council will consider the following planning amendments at this meeting:

1. Amendments to the Colchester Subdivision Bylaw including approval of a lot that does not meet the frontage requirements provided the purpose is for a telecommunication tower, addition of flag lots, amendments to the provisions of private roads, and text amendments.

Any representation and/or written objections by interested persons concerning these amendments may be made at this Public Hearing.
