TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of Colchester            
will be holding a PUBLIC HEARING on THURSDAY, March 20 at 6pm. It will be held in Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 1 Church Street, Truro.

 

Council will consider the following planning application at this Public Hearing:

            A request to amend the existing Development Agreement on lands owned by 4584800 Nova Scotia Limited and located at Ainslie Lane (Lot F1-2 Private Lane), Valley, PID # 20031225.

Any representation and/or written objections by interested persons concerning this amendment may be made at this Public Hearing.

  

The staff report is posted on the Municipal website at www.colchester.ca under Current Applications.
