Notice of Intent - Second Reading, Neighbourhood Nuisance By-law

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Municipality of the County of Colchester will consider Second Reading of amendments to Chapter 2, Neighbourhood Nuisance By-law, at their regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, May 30, 2024, beginning at 6 pm. This meeting will be held both virtually via Zoom Webinars and in-person.
The proposed amendments to the Neighbourhood Nuisance By-law will assist in addressing the timing and proximity of construction involving heavy equipment near residences.
The text of the proposed By-law may be inspected or a copy obtained from the Administration Office, 1 Church Street, Truro, or is available on the County website at www.colchester.ca.
