Please be advised, beginning Monday, May 4, 2026, the front entrance of the Municipal Office at 1 Church Street, Truro, will be closed for renovations to improve building accessibility. This work is expected to continue until mid-summer. During this time, all visitors are asked to use the rear entrance of the building, off the parking lot.
Illegal dumping is against the Law
Illegal dumping is the dumping of waste in the woods, on someone else’s property or using someone’s dumpster without permission. Under the “Municipal solid Waste Bylaw” an offender could face a fine of up to $5000.
